As a member of the Syndicat National des Compléments Alimentaires – Synadiet (French National Syndicate of Food Supplements), Novapharm follows the recommendations developed in the Quality charter. Our company benefits from the expertise, supervision and regulatory and scientific departments, formulation actions, and also from the recommendations and practical guidelines developed by the syndicate. Laboratoires Novapharm guarantee you computerised traceability through a QR code (Quick Response Code), from the receipt of the raw materials and packaging items through to the dispatch of finished products. We also ensure full traceability for each manufacturing batch. We enforce the principles of the HACCP method in order to control the food safety of each production batch. This consists of a comprehensive analysis of the hazards, their severity, and the frequency with which they occur associated with each stage, from product design through to delivery. The method also enables the implementation of preventive measures in order to control hazards, and the verification of risk management. Novapharm is certified by the Ecocert control body which ensures: Our internal regulatory team verifies product compliance with French and European legislation. Thanks to our partnerships with the Synadiet syndicate and other private organisations, we carry out permanent regulatory monitoring. Upon request, we also have the competences to carry out country monitoring for your export developments. The option of export analyses is carried out upon request. Our laboratory is equipped to control the bacteriology of our products received or manufactured internally in a sterile environment (PSM). Our comprehensive equipment enables us to analyse products from an analytical point of view: Novapharm has analytical expertise thanks to its dedicated laboratory equipment. Analysis plans are also implemented, with our external partners and service providers for the monitoring of our plants, for the analytical control of products, and for the validation of internal results.
